CAN I MONITOR MY INVESTMENTS?
With CapitalEdge, you have 24-hour, year-round online access to your investments. You can view and edit your plans and add or withdraw funds in just a few clicks. Your plan detail page shows you the lifetime performance of your plan, the assets you hold and your full transaction history, including monthly fee payments. It’s good to check in from time to time, but remember, investing is a long-term savings strategy.
IS INVESTING RISKY?
Yes, all investing carries an element of risk,Our 4-point investment builds you a diversified investment plan, meaning we don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Instead, we spread your investments (eggs) out across a number of different assets and markets (baskets). That way, you’re not relying on one particular ‘basket’ to get a return on your investment. Spreading (or diversifying) your risk is generally accepted as the most sensible way to invest, but it’s still never risk-free.
CAN I INVEST MONTHLY?
Yes, we’ve made it easy for you to do just that. You can add regular monthly payments to your account through the crypto currencies or bank transfer payment methods .
WHAT SORT OF RETURN CAN I EXPECT?
When you build your CapitalEdge Plan, we give you a ‘predicted value’, which is an indication of what your money could be worth at the end of the time period(Trading week or month) you select. Naturally, figures are not guaranteed and predictions are never perfect, but it will give you a good idea of what your investment would be worth.

How do I get started:
We recommend that you get yourself familiar with the Capital Edge system and connect with any of our account managers. Once you're ready to open an account, just register an account with one of our supported managers - once the account is funded and it will be approved/trading within 1 hour.
WHAT IS AUTOMATED INVESTING?
We’re not a fully-automated investment service. We automate certain parts of the investment process, like monitoring how well global markets are performing, using computers programmed with algorithms. This is more cost-effective than having highly-paid fund managers do it and we pass those savings onto you. Our experts use the market information along with their own their knowledge and experience, to make small adjustments to the mix of funds in your investment plan, where appropriate. So CapitalEdge uses a mix of smart algorithms and human expertise to make sure our plan stays on track.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN INVESTMENTS/TRADES ?
No, that’s what we’re here for. You only need to Choose the investment plan you prefer, how much you want to invest, and we do everything else. Our investment team have pre-selected a range of passive funds, and programmed our automated investment system that build your money.
WILL I BE INFORMED IF YOU MAKE CHANGES TO MY PLAN?
Yes, we will always let you know if we make a rebalance or substantial changes to your plan, as this can have a significant impact. We don’t want to bombard you with emails, so it wouldn’t be practical to let you know each time we make transactions on your account. That said, every transaction appears in your CapitalEdge dashboard so you can monitor it there if you wish. 
CAN I TAKE A REGULAR INCOME FROM MY PLAN?
Yes, Our facility is built for this. You can access and withdraw your money 24/7, although it’s worth remembering that making regular withdrawals will affect how quickly you reach the investment goals you set when you created your plan.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY MONEY BE INVESTED?
We typically invest your money within one working day of receiving it. However, it may take a couple of extra days for the investment profit to show on your dashboard, due to the investing process.
WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO CALCULATE MY RETURN?
We’ll show your returns for each Plan as a percentage and actual monetary value, so you always know exactly how your investments are performing. On request, we can show you your return calculated by another method, called the ‘Internal Rate of Return (IRR)’. This method shows the actual performance of your plan, including the effects of when you added or withdrew money from your plan.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
We aim to provide you with the best possible service at all times, but we understand that sometimes customers might feel disappointed. You can let us know about your complaint by sending us a message from your CapitalEdge account, via our instant live chat with our team or by writing to us at: CapitalEdge , 2 Thurlow Close, Atherstone, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, CV9 3AZ. We’ll deal with your complaint as fairly and quickly as we can and in accordance with our regulator, the FCA’s requirements. If you aren’t happy with the way we’ve dealt with your case, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (but remember that the Ombudsman won’t look at a complaint until it has been raised with us and we’ve had reasonable time to investigate and respond).

ACCOUNT FAQ
I NEED TO DECLARE ANY INVESTMENTS I HOLD TO MY EMPLOYER. CAN YOU HELP ME DO THIS?
Yes, we can provide you with a discretionary letter. This confirms to your employer that CapitalEdge is a discretionary investment management service, meaning that we have complete discretion over your investments and you cannot influence any decisions we make. This is usually acceptable to most employers and should negate the need for you to declare each individual investment we make for you. Instead, you would just need to log your CapitalEdge plan as a single investment. However, company policy varies between employers and it’s advisable to check with your employer first.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A BALANCE IN MY PLAN TO KEEP IT OPEN?
Yes, to keep a Plan open it will need to have a balance of at least $50.00.  You’ll need to close your Plan if you’d like to withdraw your full balance.
WHO CAN OPEN A CAPITALEDGE ACCOUNT?
Anyone over the age of 18 can open any account with CapitalEdge.
IS MY ACCOUNT SECURE?
CapitalEdge considers the security of your personal information to be of the utmost importance and we take several measures to ensure it is kept safe. Any information you provide on our website is transmitted using secure SSL technology with 256-bit encryption. Where we store sensitive information, such as passwords and bank account numbers, we use strong encryption algorithms similar to those used by the major high-street banks. We also insist on a minimum password length and require you to use upper case letters and numbers in your password to make it more secure. Account security is also your responsibility. You should never share your password with anyone else, or let anyone else have access to your CapitalEdge account.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ACCOUNT SIZE?

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT IF I DIE?
This isn’t something anyone wants to think about, but if it does happen, we’ll freeze your assets upon receiving the proof of death certificate. This means that your investments would remain static, We would then wait for instructions from your legally appointed executors on what to do with your investment . Either to continue investment or a tax-free withdrawal to your beneficiary.
WHAT REPORTS WILL I RECEIVE FROM YOU?
We will email you regular reports securely to your CapitalEdge account. You can expect to receive:
* Account Statements: Emailed to you quarterly, these provide a snapshot of the investments you hold, what they are worth and capture any transactions that have been made on your account.
* Contract Notes: These are transaction receipts that can be viewed from your Plan activity page. 
You can also view how your Plans are performing online, 24/7 via your CapitalEdge Dashboard.
CAN I CLOSE MY CAPITALEDGE ACCOUNT?
Yes, if you wish to, you can request to close your account completely. Please send us a secure message confirming your closing request. To send a secure message, log in, go to Messages and hit compose. It can take up to 5 working days for us to sell your investments and return your money to you, or transfer to a new owner. If you wish to reopen your account again at any time, simply get in touch via Live Chat on the website, or send us a message.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR OPENING / CLOSING ACCOUNTS?
No, none at all.
CAN I OPEN MORE THAN ONE INVESTMENT PLAN?
Yes, you can build as many Plans as you like. Some people prefer to keep their money all in one place, others will prefer to split it into separate plans- CapitalEdge lets you do either. Whatever you decide, you can rest assured that there’s no additional charge for creating more than one Plan.
DO YOU OFFER JOINT ACCOUNTS?
Yes, speak to your account manager to set up a joint account.
CAN I CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT?
You can currently only register one bank or crypto account details for deposits and withdrawals into your CapitalEdge account. If you would like your registered bank account changed, then you must contact Customer Services to provide us with your new details. We will need to verify your identity before we can change your bank account details. If you attempt to pay in using an account name not yet registered with unfortunately, we will have to return the payment to the account it came from.
HOW TO FUND YOUR PLAN BY BANK TRANSFER
Crypto currency deposits and withdrawals are very speedy and almost instant.If you'd like to fund your Plan by bank transfer, this is something you’ll need to set up directly with your bank. You can do this in branch, online or by using telephone banking. Unlike a Direct Debit, where we can collect the money from your bank account, you’ll need to arrange for the payment to be sent to us yourself. When you select bank transfer, we'll provide you with the sort code, account number and payment reference so that we can easily match your deposit to your Plan.
HOW LONG DO PAYMENTS TAKE TO REACH MY PLAN?
Depending on how you pay into your account, it can take a different amount of time to reach us. Here’s the breakdown of each payment type: BANK TRANSFERS: This is the slowest way way to fund your plans, and it can take between 3-5 working days. If you select bank transfer, you’ll need to arrange this with your bank. You can do this in branch, online or by using telephone banking. We accept Bank Payments of $20,000 and above.
CRYPTO CURRENCIES: This is the fastest way way to fund your account , and it can take between 1minute to 1day depending on wallet providers. All crypto transactions are done in BTC,ETH,LTC and USDT. But the profits are valued and calculated in USD. We accept as low as $50 payment via crypto currencies.

WITHDRAWAL FAQ
FOR STOCK/COMMODITY INVESTMENT,HOW LONG DOES A WITHDRAWAL TAKE?
Withdrawals will typically take up to 1-2 working days. This is because your money is invested in stock markets and we need to sell your investments first before we can send you your money. It might be quicker than 1 day.but we can’t promise.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT THAT I CAN WITHDRAW?
Yes, the value of any withdrawal you make must be at least $5.00. 
How long does it take to withdrawal from my CAPITALEDGE Account?
A. Under normal circumstances, it can take up to 12 hours to process a Withdrawal as all user requests are audited for security purposes. 
Q.Why up to 12 hours?
A.Withdrawal Requests are processed during office our hours of between 09:00 - 17:00 GMT, Monday - Friday. Since Withdrawal Requests are queued for manual processing from when we receive them, there is no set time. In reality our team will bulk process requests several times a day, and more often than not, out of normal office hours; evenings and weekends. We stipulate that they will be processed within a period of 12 hours, taking into consideration time-zone differences for our clients globally.
How much profit do we earn with this program?
The profit you make with us is depending on the trading plan the individuals choose to buy into. You can take a look at the different investment and their respective profits here. All transactions are done in BTC,ETH,LTC and Bank Transfer mainly. But the profits are valued and calculated in USD.
I don't want to withdraw weekly, can i Rollover profit?
Yes ,you can Roll-over on investments at the end of the week or month.
